in order it goes u join my world then ur things are invisabl or gone and if u move alot a screen pops up and says disk error detected and says a lise of causes please help find me this solution asap

Ive spent almost a year on my world it is awesome … and now it is gone because of a DISK DETECTED ERROR… I NEED HELP I HEARD U GUYS CAN RESTORE MY WORLD…..IT WOULD MEAN a lot to me if u can.
